Subscription & Refund Policy

Subscriptions on the Rekoura platform renew automatically according to the selected plan (monthly or annually), unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.

All subscription fees and award commissions are subject to value added tax (VAT) at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). The Platform issues electronic invoices that comply with the requirements of the e-invoicing system (FATOORA).

The Platform may change plan prices, provided that subscribers are notified at least thirty (30) days before the new price takes effect. The change applies only from the next renewal cycle.

The subscribing company may cancel its subscription at any time through the dashboard (Settings, then Subscriptions), and the account remains active until the end of the paid period.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period of the month or year, unless there is a material technical defect in the Platform that prevents use of the service and that has not been fixed within a reasonable period of time.
